Peggy Cardwell Sisk, 68 of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky, Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on September 28, 1947 to Eldon and Leodria Hoops Cardwell. Peggy was a Kennel Tech at Heritage Animal Hospital and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. She loved animals, crossword puzzles and enjoyed playing jeopardy. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Carol Spurlock and Kathy Cardwell; brothers Keith and Jimmy Cardwell.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years Darrell Sisk of Morgantown; one son Dwayne Sisk of Conway Arkansas; one step-daughter Maurita Harris of Bowling Green; one step-grandson Logan Harris of Fordsville, Ky.; one brother Frank Cardwell and wife Janet of Franklin.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2 pm with Bro. Todd Phelps and Bro. Ron Metheny officiating. Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 10th from 4:30pm-9pm and Friday 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
