Paula Ann Bush, 59 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday October 29, 2015 at her residence. Paula was born October 13, 1956 in Jefferson County Kentucky to the late William Rollin McCoy and Effie Harlan Thompson who survives and wife of the late Ralph Pat Bush. She was a member of Fern Creek Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Paula Ann Bush is survived by her son Michael Fitzpatrick wife Amy of Russellville, Ky.; mother Effie Thompson of Louisville, Ky.; one sister Belinda Walker husband Marx of Louisville, Ky.; one brother Tim McCoy wife Cindy of Morgantown, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday October 31, 2015 at 12:00pm with Bro. Jim McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday October 31, 2015 from 10:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
