Patricia Faye Cook, 54 of Alexandria, KY, passed away December 4, 2014 at the UC Medical Center. Trish was a homemaker.
She is survived by her parents Billie and Shirley Duncan. Her loving husband Rev. Timothy Cook, son; Shaun (Adriane)Cook; daughters Shannon (Brian) Alexander and Brittanie (Jake) Apke. Grandchildren ; Kylie Alexander, Keenan Alexander , and Aria Cook.
Visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home 10759 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria , KY 41001 on Monday, December 8th from 4-7:30pm with services beginning at 7:30pm. Another visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th at McGrew Memorial General Baptist Church 775 McGrew Church Rd, Leitchfield, KY from 3-8pm Central Time. The final service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th at the Church beginning at 10am Central time.
Internment will follow at the Hack~ Oller Cemetery in Sadler, KY.
