Patricia Ann Fields, age 61 of Hartford, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at her residence. Patricia was born on Tuesday, April 4, 1961 in Leitchfield, Kentucky to the late Carl and Cordia House Fields. She enjoyed watching movies, playing her guitar and listening to music. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one brother William Fields.

Patricia Ann Fields is survived by three children Aurora Gloom of Michigan, Casey Fields Kinsey of Georgia and Cordell Fields of Hartford, KY; two grandchildren; two sisters Tina Snodgrass of Hartford, KY and Debbie Baucum of Bowling Green, KY; one brother Tim Fields and wife Vicky of Rockport, KY and sever nieces and nephews.
