Patricia Ann Church, 59 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Waters of Springfield in Springfield, TN. Patricia was born June 25, 1959 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to the late Luke and Thelma June Brown Church. She attended Mt Vernon Missionary Baptist Church and was a United States Coast Guard veteran. Pat loved spending time with her grandson Damian and enjoyed her dogs.

Patricia Ann Church is survived by her daughter Stephanie Johnson and husband Matt of Rochester, KY; one grandson Damian Johnson of Rochester, KY; one sister Allison Funk and husband Ron of Shepherdsville, KY; two brothers Wayne and Aaron Church both of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two aunts Shirley Smith and husband David of Russellville, KY and Barbara Greathouse of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 12:00pm. Burial will be in the Monticelllo Cemetery where military rights will be presented by the Ohio County AM Vets Honor Guard. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
