Otis "Randy" Randall Felty, 65 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 15, 2017, at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Randy was born July 28, 1951, in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Roy Otis and Cova Johnson Felty who survives. He was a member of Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church, a United States Army veteran, recipient of three sharp shooter medals, a Kentucky Colonel, retired director of the 5th District Fire Dept. and a member of the Banock Lodge #824. Randy loved car racing and the University of Kentucky basketball.
Otis "Randy" Randall Felty is survived by his wife Brenda Felty of Morgantown, Ky.; one daughter Brittany Moore Felty of Morgantown, Ky.; one son Scott Chinn (Amber) of Hartford, Ky.; stepson Pete Havens (Christy) of Morgantown, Ky.; mother Cova Johnson Felty of Morgantown, Ky.; sister Judy Zoglmann (David) of Owensboro, Ky.; brother Danny Felty (Gail) of Morgantown, Ky.; 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Jim McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in the Mt Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Thursday 8:00 am until funeral time at 1:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
