O’Neil , Ona “Jeri” 78, of Louisville, and was a native of Morgantown Kentucky died Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Baptist East Hospital. She was deeply committed to her family’s special needs and she was a remarkable cook.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, John Mitchell O’Neil Sr. , son, Joseph D. Kimpflein and a grandson, Thomas L. Dennison.

She is survived by her sons, John M. O’Neil Jr. (Dottie) and Fred O’Neil; daughters, Kathy D. Bowier (Jeffrey) and Mary Jackie O’Neil; sisters, Pokie Pearl McCoy and Brenda Faye Herald.

Funeral services 10 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Ratterman Grand Chapels 4832 Cane Run Road with burial in Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Morgantown, Kentucky. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
