Nola Mae Phelps Booth, 81, of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at the Rosewood Healthcare Center in Bowling Green. Ms. Booth was born February 1, 1932 in Butler County, to the late James and Laura Johnson Phelps. She was a member of Richardsville Baptist Church. Nola was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl Booth, one daughter Lori Bell Booth and son Joe Booth.

Ms. Booth is survived by her son, James William Booth of Bowling Green; one sister, Mary Phelps of Greenville, Ky.; one brother, Donald Phelps of Greenville, Ky.; one granddaughter Kathy Brooks of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Friday, November 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro Kenneth Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in the Peyton Phelps Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 1, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
