Noatley Meredith, 92 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. He was a Butler County native, son of the late Lewis and Margaret Penner Meredith.

Noatley attended Cool Springs General Baptist Church, U S Army Veteran and retired construction worker. He was preceded in death by one grandson Timmy Porter, 3 brothers Eliegh, Arthur, and Charles Meredith and 2 sisters Arzella Cohron and Novis Jones.

Noatley Meredith is survived by his wife Erdine Kinkade Meredith of Morgantown, Ky; daughter Judy Hunt and husband Donald of Morgantown, Ky; 3 sons Harold Meredith and wife Carolyn of Morgantown, Ky, Phillip Meredith and wife Sharon of Bowling Green, Ky and Gillis Meredith companion Kelly Stuart of Morgantown, Ky; brother Paul Meredith and wife Betty of Morgantown, Ky; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 1:00pm with Bro. Chris Vault officiating. Burial will be in the Cool Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, September 19, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and Tuesday from 8:00am til funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.jonesfuneralchapel.com
