Neva Mae Dockery Pharris, 75, of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Neva was born August 15, 1937 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Opal and Eva White Dockery and she was the wife of the late Huston M. Pharris. Neva was a member and deacon's wife at Oak Ridge General Baptist Church and was retired from Morgantown Plastic and as a CNA at Morgantown Care and Rehab. She was preceded in death by one brother, Helbert Dockery, and one sister, Faye Sorrells.

Neva Mae Dockery Pharris is survived by one son, Bill Pharris and wife Kim of Bowling Green, KY; two daughters, Judy Lawrence and husband Todd of Smiths Grove, KY; Sandra Crowder and husband Dewayne of Morgantown, KY; eight grandchildren, Denley Findley and wife Margie; Nick Findley and wife Ashley; Jordan Crowder; Tyler Crowder and wife Kaylee; Cade Crowder, Kortnea Powell and husband Matt; Kaylea Pharris and Konnor Pharris; four great-grandchildren, Jameson Findley, Breydn Findley, Levi Findley and Khloe Findley; brothers Harlen Dockery and wife Callie; Albert Dockery and wife Margie; Everett Dockery and wife Cora; Delbert Dockery and wife Glenda; Curtis Dockery; and Carlton Dockery and wife Mary; sisters Veneda Burden and husband Frank; Edith Fields and husband Clifford; and Inis Swift and husband Buddy; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Oak Ridge General Baptist Church on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Jeremy Brooks and Bro. Jimmy Cushenberry officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday July 13, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Ridge General Baptist Church.
