Nannie Belle Brown Hammers, 93 of Huntsville, Ky. passed Monday February 8, 2016 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Ky. Nannie Belle was born March 7, 1922 in South Hill, Ky. to James Riley and Myrtle Greathouse Brown. She was retired from Kellwood Manufacturing Co. and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Nannie Belle was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Louis V. Hammers and baby daughter Vicky Lou Hammers as well as 2 brothers Shelley Brown and Heazie Brown and 3 sisters Maddie Proctor, Millie Neace & Novie Odle. Nannie Belle is survived by her two sons Michael Hammers (Diana) of Morgantown, Ky. and Gregory Hammers of Huntsville, Ky.; two daughters Kathy Allen (Ronnie) of Adairville, Ky. and Karen Fleming (Tommy) of Lewisburg, Ky.; 5 grandchildren Derek Hammers (Kristin), Margaret Moore (Woody), Marybeth Hunt(Derrick), Sarah Adler (Cory) and Kristy Allen and 5 great grandchildren David Hammers, Shelby Hammers, Lilly Moore, Will Moore and Caltlin Hunt and one sister Lucille Glass of Morgantown, Ky.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday February 9, 2016 at 1:00pm with Bro. Steve Rutherford officiating.

Burial will be in the Bethel Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 9, 2016 from 10:30 am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Please share any photos, memories, condolences or light a candle in memory of Nannie Belle.
