Myrtle McCrary Swink, age 84, of Millwood, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. She was born in Tazewell, TN on Aug. 24, 1939. She was a loving mother to her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Myrtle also enjoyed quilting, gardening, sewing and singing. She was a homemaker and a member of White Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Theodore Franklin and Nancy Angeline Loyd McCrary; son Roger Dale Hack; five brothers and one sister; granddaughters Dana and Donna Hack.

She is survived by her children Angela Phelps (Cliff Herr), Kathy Hack, Jimmy Hack (Robin), Teresa Newton, Wanda Allen (Mark), Diana Bruner (Frankie), Tim Hack (Kelly), Michael Hack (Millie), Christopher Hack (Brooke), Tracy Hack (Tara); grandchildren Steven, Adam and Samantha Phelps, Lyndzie Hack, Hannah Renfrow, Miles Hack, James, Jonathan and Austin Hack, Christy Crider (Charlie), Jennifer Saltz (Kenneth), Micah Allen, Bridgette and Josh Bruner, Timothy (Jenna) and Jeremy Hack (Jessie), Justin Hack (Samantha), Jacob and Sara Hack, Natalie and Lauren Hack, Havanna, Harper, Cooper and Porter Hack; great grandchildren Haylee Jeanette, Aubrey, Mason, Tilly, Katy, Zachary, Brayden, Sawyer, Lance, Matthew, Emma, Carson, Camden, Josie, Olivia; bonus grandchildren Erin Jenkins, McKinzey Clemons, Ty McKinney, Isabel, Savannah, Arthur, Henry, Conner, Keira and Malakai; bonus great grandchildren Summer, Carlie, Cheyenne, Emersyn and Sutton; one sister Barbara Frey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 2:00pm with Bro. Buddy Swift officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodcock Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am until 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
