Myrl "Maxine" Forsythe Clark, 91, of Louisville, Ky, went to heaven December 23rd, 2020.

Maxine was a loving wife to Charles Clark (dec.) and spent much of her life caring for her family. She enjoyed sewing and created beautiful quilts. Maxine also enjoyed cooking and baking and her family loved all of it, especially what was lovingly known as "Mammaw bread.” She and Charles had many friends with whom they enjoyed spending time camping and fishing. Maxine was an active member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.

Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Charles; mother, Lora Forsythe Thomas and father, William "Jack" Davis Forsythe.

She is survived by daughter, Sandra Clark Allgeier (Rick) and son Gregory Clark; grandchildren, Holli Stanley, Chad Hague, Samantha Sawyer, Chelsey Owen, Joshua Clark, Alex Clark; nine great ­grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Due to the ongoing threat of Coronavirus services will be private. Owen Funeral Home - Jeffersontown entrusted with the arrangements.
