Morgan Bentley "Bo" Phelps II, 18 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday January 9, 2014 at his residence. Bo was born February 10, 1995 in Bowling Green, Ky. He was a Butler County High School graduate class of 2013 and attended South Central Ky. Community & Technical College. Preceded in death by 2 uncles Andrew and Anthony Phelps; aunt Mona Jones and maternal grandfather Hugh Hocker Sr. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Autism Speaks  1060 State Rd. 2nd Fl Princeton NJ 08540 or American Red Cross 430 Center Street Bowling Green, Ky. 42101.

Phelps of Morgantown, Ky.; mother Anna Laura Hocker of Morgantown, Ky.; sister Laura Rose Phelps of Rexburg, Idaho; grandparents Gerald & Janice Phelps of Morgantown, Ky.; grandmother Alma Jean Hocker of Morgantown, Ky.; cousins Render Hocker of Louisville, Ky., Hank Hocker of Morgantown, Ky., Hal Hocker of Lexington, Ky.; Reid Spalding  of Balwin, Missouri, Allie Spalding Balwin, Missouri, Jeremy Jones of Madison, Wisconsin and Jenny Jones of Ann Arbor, Michigan; uncle Hugh Hocker Jr. of Boulder Colorado; aunt Ruth Spalding (Hugh) Balwin, Missouri; uncle Dr. Wayne Jones Ann Arbor, Michigan; uncle Kenneth House of Cromwell, Ky. and aunt Hilda Meredith (Allen) of Morgantown, Ky.

Memorial services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday January 15, 2014 at 1:00pm with Bro. David Hocker officiating. Visitation Tuesday January 14, 2014 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Wednesday from 8:00am until service time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
