Michael Edward Lee, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY, at the age of 61. Born on November 13, 1962, in Morgantown, Kentucky, Michael was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend who left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Eugene and Sarah Phelps Lee, and his brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Kay Lee. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his surviving brother, Tommy Lee (Claudia), his best friend, Vonnie Flener, his caregiver and helper, Connie Howard, and Brandon Johnson. His uncles and aunts, Everett Phelps (Dimple), David Phelps, Charlie Phelps, Helen Henderson, and Marcella Hammers, his three nieces, Rebecca Vanover (James), Rachel Bolf (Chris), and Felicia Lee, as well as his great-nieces and nephews.

Michael's life was characterized by his versatility and resourcefulness. He was a jack of all trades, a master of none, but his ability to fix, build, and create was unparalleled.

Graveside services and burial will be held at the Morgan Smith Cemetery Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 2:00pm with Bro. Kenny Cox officiating.
