Mary Hazel McKinney, 88, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center in Morgantown, Ky. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on Sept. 14, 1929 to the late Harvey and Mary Kate Pendley Lee . She retired from Kellwood and was a member of Caney Fork Presbyterian Church. Ms. McKinney enjoyed cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Junior McKinney; son Joel McKinney; three brothers and two sisters.

Ms. McKinney was survived by her grandsons John David McKinney (Michele) of Bowling Green and Ronald Keith McKinney of Elizabethtown; three great grandchildren Drake and Drew McKinney of Bowling Green and Amber McKinney of Elizabethtown; one great great grandson Mark McKinney of Bowling Green; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at Caney Fork Presbyterian Church on Sunday, Sept.24, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev. Brian Carson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Caney Fork Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept.23, 2017 from 5-8pm at Smith Funeral Home and Sunday from 12 pm until time of service at Caney Fork Presbyterian Church, Morgantown, Ky.
