Martin Clark Phelps, 63 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday August 25, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Martin was born August 29, 1956 in Warren County, KY to the late Lester and Pauline Shephard Phelps. He was a member of Reedyville Masonic Lodge #438, a retired carpenter and he loved to farm. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters Nola Phelps Embry and Sarah Phelps Lee; five brothers Randall, William, James "Big Jim', Leo and Wendell "Nip" Phelps and one brother in law Charles "Chuck" Smith. 

Martin Clark Phelps is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Debbie Renfrow Phelps of Morgantown, KY; one daughter Melinda  Renfrow of Morgantown, KY; two sisters Marcella Hammers of Morgantown, KY and Helen Henderson (Keith) of Bowling Green, KY; four brothers Everett Phelps (Dimple), Charlie Phelps (Shannon), Raymond Phelps and David Phelps (Karen) all of Morgantown, KY; two brother in laws Darrell Blunk of Morgantown, KY and Billy Smith (Donna) of Bowling Green, KY; two sister in laws Betty Sue Phelps and Bessie Phelps both of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday August 28, 2020 at 12:00 pm with Bro. Larry Lacefield officiating. Burial will be held in the Grant Phelps Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 27, 2020 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am until funeral time at 12:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
