Martha Nell Woosley, 83, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Morgantown Care & Rehab. She was born in Butler Co. on March 12, 1933, to the late Estil Mason and Ophelia Proctor Mason. She was a member of the Woodbury Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Awana Club. Martha loved to crochet, work puzzle books, sew, cats & reminiscing about the past. She was preceded in death by her parents; Grandsons; Jonathon Hugh Henderson & Joshua Ryan Givens. Brother; Bunie Mason. Sister; Opaline Dennis.

Mrs. Woosley is survived by her husband Linnard Woosley of Morgantown, 4 daughters; Sericea Hampton of Cromwell. Alice Barton (George) of Morgantown, Dana Tines (Jeff) of Morgantown, Sharon White (John) of Smiths Grove, 1 Son; Dale Fishburn (Nickie) of Morgantown, 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. 1 great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 17, 2016, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Murl Gray officiating.
Burial will follow in the Little Muddy Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 16 from 4:30-8 pm, Tuesday 8 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
