Martha McCrocklin Rose, 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at her residence in Butler Co. She was born in Butler, Ky. on December 12, 1938 to the late Elsie C. McCrocklin and Wickliffe J. Shultz.  She was a member of Morgantown Church of Christ.  Member of the Lion’s Club. Retired from Kellwood where she was a Personnel Manager. Her hobbies were sewing, traveling, camping, being with family and going to Bluegrass Festivals.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Tapley Rose III; Sister, Clara Bennett; Brother, Donald McCrocklin.

Martha is survived by children; Deborah Worley (Roger)   Two sons; John “GiGi” Rose IV (Pamela) and Phillip Rose (Rebecca) all of Morgantown.  Four grandchildren;  Ryan Pendley (Dana),  Jared T. Rose and Rachel Rose all of Morgantown. Shelby R. Shelby (Dustin) of Owensboro, Ky.  Two great grandchildren; Lane and Kimber Pendley both of Morgantown. Sister, Faye Hack of Charlestown, In. Sister in-law, Maxine Rose of Morgantown,Caregiver, Reba West of Morgantown.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 11am with Bro. Mike Tanaro officiating.  Burial will be in the Morgan-Smith Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 25from 2-8pm and on Monday from 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
