Martha Faye "Sissy" Abbott, 72 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Martha was born October 10, 1943, in Butler County Kentucky to the late Clifford Pete and Margaret "Mag" Greathouse Neely and wife of the late William Otho Abbott. She was a member of New Midway Baptist Church, avid Nascar Fan and retired from BTR in Russellville, Ky.
Martha Faye "Sissy" Abbott is survived by two sons Tony Abbott and wife Glenda of Russellville, Ky. and Michael Abbott and wife Lisa of Quality, Ky.; two grandsons Cory Abbott and wife Stephanie of Sharon Grove, Ky. and Shelby Abbott of Russellville, Ky.; two great-grandchildren Austyn and Dixie Abbott of Sharon Grove, Ky.; one brother Ray Neely and wife Pam of Huntsville, Ky.; one sister Anna Grise and husband Donald of Bowling Green, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday, July 23, 2016, at 11:00 am with Bro. Jimmy McIntosh officiating.
Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 8:00 am until funeral time at 11:00 am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
