Mark Grady Proctor, 46 of Quality, Ky. passed Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the Franklin - Simpson Nursing & Rehab Center in Franklin, Ky. Mark was born November 7, 1969, in Muhlenberg County Kentucky to the late Royce Grady Proctor and Margaret Morgan Engler who survives. He worked in construction doing drywall work for many years.
Mark Grandy Proctor is survived by his wife Pamela McKinney Proctor of Quality, Ky.; his mother Margaret Engler and step father Eugene of Quality, Ky.; one son Mark Seth Proctor of Columbus, GA; one step-son Quintin Joseph Phelps and wife Emali of Morgantown, Ky.; two grandchildren Ryleigh and Weston Proctor of Columbus, GA; two step-grandchildren Corbin Stone and Blakely Phelps of Morgantown, Ky.; two brothers Allen and Joey Proctor of Quality, Ky.; one sister Amanda Anderson of Quality, Ky.; one nephew Dustin Anderson of Quality, Ky. and one niece Chelsea Proctor of Texas.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 11:00 am with Speaker Leo Hernandez officiating.

Burial will be in the Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016, from 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm and Tuesday, August 30, 2016, from 8:00 am until funeral time at 11:00 am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
