Marie Perry, 87, of Bowling Green, passed away on Friday, December 16, in the Hospice House of Hospice of Southern Kentucky. She was a Sunnyside, KY native and daughter of the late Curtis and Dollie Woods Owens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Murrill C. Perry, a son, Harlan Wayne Perry, and a brother, Gilbert Harlan Owens.
Mrs. Perry was a member of Dedicated Baptist Church, Sunnyside. She retired from work in the Ad Department of the Bowling Green Daily News.
Survivors include her son, Roger Perry (Alice), Morgantown; sister, Dixie Lehrmitt (Deane), Bowling Green; two grandchildren, Johnathan Perry and Christina Adams.
The family will receive friends from 9 to 12 noon Monday at the JC Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel. The funeral service will be 12 noon with burial to follow in the Bowling Green Gardens.
