Margie Marie Jones Romans, 95 of Morgantown, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Margie was born on Thursday, May 7, 1925 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Hurbert and Mary House Jones and wife of the late Eligha Romans. She was a member of Woodbury Missionary Baptist Church and she loved her flowers, working crossword puzzles and playing cards. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one foster daughter Nancy Jones; six brothers Joe, Chester, Chesley "Nute", William "Pete", Alvin and Clifford Jones; six sisters Delila Renfrow, Lilas Jones, Alta White, Tensie White, Gladys Neighbors and Mary Neighbors.

Margie Marie Romans is survived by one special niece and caregiver Faye Jones Cardwell; several nieces and nephews; great and great great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 1:00pm with Bro. Clinton White officiating. Burial will be held in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens where Jerry, Wayne and Darrel Jones, B.J. White, Tom and Eugene Cain will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Tuesday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
