Mardell Perkins, 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the Medical Center Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. Mardell was born in Butler County, Ky. on January 1, 1939 to the late Raymond and Emma Smith Glass. She was a seamstress for many years at Kellwood and Kanes, attended Cool Springs General Baptist and enjoyed farming and working in her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Rebecca Felty.

Mardell is survived by one son Glenn Proctor (Charlotte) of Morgantown; three daughters Rhonda Hunt, Teresa Lindsey (Bobby) and Pam Clark (Jim) all of Morgantown; one brother Remus Glass (Janice) of Morgantown; seven grandchildren Jamie Proctor, Amanda Kelley (Junior), Amy Phelps (Quinton), Holly Cropper (Chris), T.J. Lindsey (Sarah), Matthew Hunt and Ray Felty all of Morgantown; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 3:00 pm with Bro. Jewell Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Cool Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 9:30am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
