Marcella T. Dockery

Marcella Tarrence Dockery, 81 of  Morgantown passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green.  She was born in Grayson Co. on April 15, 1935 to Lukis James and Mary Mollyhorn Tarrence.  Mrs. Dockery was retired from Kanes with over 20 years of service and attended Warrens Mill Church of Christ.  She loved her family, puzzle books, reading, gardening, yard sales and had a love for gospel music. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Rhonda Snodgrass, granddaughter Terra Jo Dockery and several brothers and sisters. 

She is survived by her husband of 62 years Jewell Barrnett Dockery of Morgantown; Four sons Frankie Dockery (Marsha) of Indiana, Terry Dockery (Teresa) of Burlington, Ky., Larry Dockery (Julie) of Morgantown, Shawn Dockery (Kyla) of Morgantown: Three daughters Kay Moore (Roger) of Morgantown, Shannon Clark (Jay) of Morgantown, Tracy Pharris (Johnny) of Morgantown; 19 grandchildren: Michelle Franzell, Rachel Pinson, Huston Dockery, Robby Dockery, Corey Dockery, Brenden Mills, Eric Moore, Erin Moore, Brandy Smith, Brooke Gabbard, Adam Dockery, Kyle Dockery, Khrystin Ballenger, Drew Clark, Seth Pharris, Lyndzie Pharris, Shawna Tarrence, Chloe Dockery and Cardyn Dockery; 23 great-grandchildren; Three brothers Kendall, Mike and Ricky Tarrence; Three sisters Tootsie Bratcher, Betty Kerr and Brenda Priest, and Son-in-law Arthur Snodgrass.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 2 pm with Bro. Gene Garner and Bro. Derek Cain officiating. 
Burial will follow in the Swift Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, April 25th  from 2 pm - 9pm, Tuesday, April 26th 8am - 9pm and Wednesday 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
