Lynn Diane Deweese, 48 of Lock Haven, PA, formerly of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at her residence. Lynn was born December 28, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Harold Joseph Rueve and Mary Lou Linehan Rueve who survives. She was of the Catholic faith, attended college at Spencerian College where she earned her LPN and served as class president. Later she earned her RN degree from Excelsior College. Lynn was a registered nurse at Jersey Shore Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Lynn Diane Deweese is survived by her mother Mary Lou Rueve of Lock Haven PA; one daughter Sierra Lynn Deweese of Bowling Green, Ky.; one sister Mary Jude Weaver (Rodney) of Mill Hall PA; one nephew Sam Weaver of Mill Hall PA; father of Sierra Dallas Eugene Deweese of Rochester, Ky.; six nieces Kristi Parrish (Tammy) of Bowling Green, Ky., Heather Morris (Cyle) of Roundhill, Ky., Laura West (Mike) of Morgantown, Ky., Leslie Porter (Zan) of Lawrenceburg, Ky., Kati and Abby Karcher of Louisville, Ky.; special friend since nursing school at Spencerian College Linda Deweese; aunt Bobbi Linehan of Lock Haven, PA and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, September 12, 2016, at 3:00 pm with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Monday 8:00 am until funeral time at 3:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
