Lula McKinney Givens, 88 of Quality, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020 at her residence. Lula was born August 31, 1931 in the Quality Community of Butler County to the union of the late Fredrick Travis and Mary Angelene Wester McKinney and married the late Denzel Lee Givens on April 14, 1947. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker / farmer. Lula loved gardening, quilting and spending time with family and friends. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one son Roger Givens and one sister Annie May Arnold. 

Lula McKinney Givens is survived by five children Vonda Boone (Jimmy) of Morgantown, KY, Ronnie Givens (Kay) of Quality, KY, Bobby Givens (Paula) of Quality, KY, Vickie Cook (companion Tracy Belilies) of Morgantown, KY and Kenny Givens (Shelby) of Quality, KY; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one brother Sammy McKinney (Joyce) of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 1:00pm with Bro. Murl Gray officiating. Burial will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery where Billy Joe Webster, Michael Givens, Brian Givens, C J Givens, Mike Grubb and Scottie Grubb will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Thursday 8:00 am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
