Lue Ann Cardwell, 78 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Monday, September 5, 2016, at the Morgantown Care and Rehab. Lue Ann was born on June 18, 1938, in Warren County, Kentucky to the late Lucas and Elvie Brooks and wife of the late Sam Cardwell Jr. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one brother James Noble Brooks and one baby sister.
Lue Ann Cardwell is survived by one daughter Sheila Childres and husband Charlie of Morgantown, Ky.; one son Ronnie Cardwell and wife Sandra of Morgantown, Ky.; one sister Nancy Hardin of Morgantown, Ky.; 3 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Greg Fields officiating.
Burial will be in the Noah Johnson Cemetery.
