Louise Kurfiss, 75, of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Friday April 8, 2016 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab Center. Louise was born on October 10, 1940 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Buckner and Oler Coleman Reynolds and was the wife of the late Bobby L. Kurfiss. She was a member of First Apostolic Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by two brothers - Wilbert and Eugene Reynolds.
Louise Kurfiss is survived by one son - Jeff Kurfiss and wife Jennifer of Morgantown, KY; one daughter - Priscilla Nichols and husband Timothy of Bowling Green, KY; four grandchildren - Allison and Jared Kurfiss and Hayden and Gunner Hodge all of Morgantown, KY; one sister - Joyce Edmonds and husband J.W. of Cromwell, KY; one brother - Spillman Reynolds of Morgantown, KY and one nephew - Thomas Edmonds and wife Angela of Cromwell, KY.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Todd Phelps officiating. Burial will be in the Wade Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday April 9, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
