Place of Birth: Butler Co., Ky.

Occupation: CMA at Morgantown Care and Rehab for 12 yrs.

Religious Affiliation: Member of Leonard Oak Baptist Church

Parents: Samuel and Ruth Coleman Cardwell (both deceased)

Funeral Service: Wednesday at 1:00 pm @ Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Joy Cardwell officiating.

Visitation: Tuesday 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Wednesday from 8:00 am until funeral time.

Place of Burial: Noah Johnson Cemetery

Survivors include:

Daughters- Bonita Dulsky (Gerald) of Morgantown and Tina Crowe (Harrison) of Morgantown

Sons-Charles Anthony King (Karen) of Fordsville and Ronald King (Sonja) of Morgantown

Sisters- Corene Cox of Louisville and Loviena West of Morgantown

13 Grandchildren and 18 Great- Grandchildren

Preceded in Death by: Husband-Charles Ray King, Parents, Daughter-Martha Ann King, Grandson-Gerald Robert Dulsky Jr., Granddaughter-Riley, Alexander Oma Lane, 4 Brothers-Cleat, Sam Jr., Chester and Ernest.
