Loretta Hartis, 67 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017, at her residence. Loretta was born October 19, 1950, in Muhlenberg County Kentucky to the late Melvin and Nellie Yonts Young and wife of the late David "Jr" Hartis. She was a member of Huntsville Missionary Baptist Church, and she worked at Kellwood and retired from Redcap in Lewisburg, Kentucky. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one brother John Young.

Loretta Hartis  is survived by two daughters Lynn Anderson and husband David of Morgantown, KY. and Tia Clark and fiancé Brian Blaine of Dunmor, KY.; seven grandchildren Meagan Renfrow and husband Josh of Morgantown, KY, Morgan and Baylee Anderson both of Morgantown, KY., Jordan Dobbs of Drakesboro, KY., Andrew Dobbs of Morgantown, KY., Lathan and Landan Clark both of Dunmor, KY.; three great-grandchildren Hadlee, Jaren and Kaden Renfrow of Morgantown, KY.; one sister Peggy Piper of Browder, KY. and three brothers Ray Young of Central City, KY, Pete Young and wife Kay of Greenville, KY. and Tip Young and wife Carla of Russellville, KY. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 12:00 pm with Bro. Roger Heltsley officiating. Burial will be in the Huntsville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Thursday 8:00 am until funeral time at 12:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
