Linda Sue Cox, age 67 of Morgantown, KY passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Linda was born on Sunday, March 21, 1954 in Butler County, KY to the late Charles W. "C.W." and Myrlene Cardwell Cox. She was a KY Colonel and over the years she worked at Kellwood, Sumitomo Wiring Systems and Wans Medical Clinic. Linda was faithful in giving to the Red Cross, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital and a supporter of the KY Organ Donor Association. She enjoyed reading, watching General Hospital, spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Robbie Cox, one sister Brenda Hunt; sister in law Barbara Cox and brother in laws David Young and Ronnie Hunt.

Linda Sue Cox is survived by one daughter Rikki Cox (Jamie Dockery) of Morgantown, KY; three grandchildren Tristan and Krista Dockery both of Morgantown, KY and Andrea Dockery (Dewayne Hughes) of Louisville, KY; three great grandchildren Keeonna Dockery, Kanisha and Kaleigha Hughes all of Louisville, KY; one sister Diane Young of Morgantown, KY; three brothers Randall Cox (Nancy) of Morgantown, KY, Charles "Chobby" Cox (Lisa) of Brownsville, KY and Scott Cox (Leslie) of Bowling Green, KY; special friend Linda Childers (Tema) of Morgantown, KY  and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 6:30 pm with Bro. Kenny Cox and Bro. Jeremy Ford officiating. Following Linda's wishes cremation will follow the service.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 12:00 pm until funeral time at 6:30pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
