Linda L. Ferguson, age 78 of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. Linda was born on Sunday, August 26, 1945 in Shelby County, KY to the union of the late Fred A. and Alma Welch Monroe. She was a member of Antioch Church of Christ and a retired Head Start Teacher. Linda enjoyed gardening, watching the hummingbirds and her job teaching. 

Linda L. Ferguson is survived by one daughter Tula Hunt of Scottsville, KY; one son James A. Ferguson (Cristy) of Mesa, Arizona; three grandchildren Sophia and Lillian Ferguson of Mesa Arizona, Cliff Robert Morris (Jennifer) of Morgantown, KY and Risa Ann Gilliam (Michael) of Scottsville, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, January 22, 2024 at 1:00pm with Bro. Carl Bates officiating. A private burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 9:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
