Lewis Ray Stinson, 67, of Scottsville, KY died Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Holland, KY native was a retired employee of Dollar General, a U. S. Army veteran and son of the late Chester Lewis Stinson and Beatrice Long Stinson Meador, who survives.

He is survived his mother: Beatrice Stinson Meador, Morgantown, KY; 2 brothers: Dan Stinson and wife, Jeanetta, Scottsville, KY and James Roy Stinson, Indianapolis, IN;
1 nephew: Chris Stinson and wife, Jennifer; 1 niece: Tracy Davis and husband, Josh, all of Scottsville, KY; 1 step brother: Dennis Meador and wife, Yetta, Bowling Green, KY;
2 step sisters: Sharon Green and husband, Bill, Winchester, KY and Lisa Henderson and husband, Paul, Morgantown, KY. He was preceded in death by his step father: Ralph Meador.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating and burial in Oak Forest No. 2 Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home - www.goadfh.com.
