Lena Vivian Wencker, 89, of  Imperial, MO passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Scenic View Nursing Home in Herculaneum, MO. Vivian was born in Guston, KY on September 23, 1926 to Thomas Granville Smith and Hettie Board Smith. Vivian was a member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years.  She served at state level as a Worthy Matron and Grand Secretary.  She was a member of the Arnold Baptist Church and loved to cook, play cards, bingo and enjoyed her grandchildren.   Vivian was preceded in death by son Stephen Douglas Allen, parents and 10 siblings. She is survived  by one daughter - Joyce Main and husband Larry of Imperial MO; two sons - Ron Allen and wife Barbara of Fenton, MO; Michael Allen and wife Donna of Brandenburg, KY;  11 grandchildren; Robin House and husband Robert of Morgantown;  Michael Martin and wife Sandy of Morgantown;  Kris Layton and husband Brad of Arnold, MO;  Jeffery Martin of FL;  Jessica Main of Imperial, MO;  Tracy Mason and husband Mark of OK;  Debbie Kemper and husband Scott of Arnold, MO; Ron Allen Jr. of St. Louis, MO; Zachary Allen of Brandenburg, KY; Whitney Allen of Brandenburg, KY; Kerri Hill and husband Scott of KY;  13 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at New Highland Baptist Church on Monday, October  26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Stephen Boyd officiating.  Eastern Star Service Sunday Night will be at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will be Sunday, October 25,  4 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home.  She will lie in state from 10 a.m. until time of service at New Highland Baptist Church.
