Lehmon Wayne Phelps

Lehmon Wayne Phelps, 73, of Roundhill, Ky passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. Lehmon was born November 20, 1946 in Butler County, Ky to the union of the late Willis Wayne Phelps and Zonie Mae Johnson Childres. He loved Driving trucks, westerns, family and good BBQ. Other than his parents, Lehmon is preceded in death by his step-father, Harold Childres, one brother, Kenneth Phelps and one sister Imendy Phelps.

Lehmon is survived by his wife of 31 years, Darlene Phelps, of Roundhill, Ky; two daughters Linda Massey, of Roundill, Ky and Stacie Evans (Greg) of Logansport, Ky; one son, Lehmon (Lee) Phelps II (Shelly) of Morgantown, Ky; three step-children Terry Buetow of Central City, Ky, Tonya Siskles, of Owensboro, Ky and Tammy Al-Metole, of FL; seven grandchildren; Brandon Embry and Kyle Massey, both of Rounhill, Ky, Zeb Pendley and Zoie Franzell (Chandler) both of Logansport, Ky, Breanna Westmorland (Brett) of Morgantown, Ky, Chasity and Halie Phelps, of Lake Wales, FL; nine step-grandchildren; Ricky Brashars, of Virginia Beach, VA, Jamie Brashars and Laura Lunsford, both of Clarksville, TN, Wendy Young, of Central City, Ky, Larry and Tamara Blair, both of Cromwell, Ky, Andrew Blair, of CA, Virgil Gaskey, of FL and Sylvia Coomer, of Morgantown, Ky; seven great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; three sisters; Ester Martin (Jr.), Mindy Marie Morris and Darlene Phelps (Kevin) all of Morgantown, Ky; one brother, Dean Childres (Tammy) of Morgantown, Ky; one step-brother Dudley Childress (Maxine) of Morgantown, Ky and several nieces and nephews.
