Laura F. Webb

Laura F. Webb, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on Saturday,  May 4, 2024, at a Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Born on November 12, 1946, in Cincinnati, OH, Laura's life was a testament to the power of kindness and devotion. Laura's journey through life was shared with her beloved husband of 56 years, Matt M. Webb, of Morgantown, KY. Together, they built a family founded on love and mutual respect. She was a cherished mother to Matt M. Webb II of Morgantown, KY, Donna Brower (Richard) of MI, and Mike A. Webb (Bethany) of Portland, TN. Her legacy continues through her eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who will carry forward her spirit of generosity and compassion.

She is also survived by her caring siblings, Paulette Ashley (Leck), Debbie Napier, and Kenny Curtis (Joyce), all of Cincinnati, OH. Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Kurt and Agnes Kappis Curtis, and several siblings, who welcomed her into eternal rest.

Laura's life was characterized by her unwavering commitment to her family and her faith. As a homemaker, she created a warm and inviting home where all were welcome. Her involvement in church and her joyous participation in the choir were sources of great happiness for her and inspiration for others. Her interests were as diverse as they were passionate. Laura loved serving others, spending quality time with family and friends, and embracing the roles of a Gunslinger and Victorian Lady in Pahrump, NV. Her collections of butterfly emblems and Elvis memorabilia were reflections of her vibrant personality. Laura also found peace and fulfillment in tending to her garden, nurturing both flowers and friendships.

Laura will be remembered as a loving, friendly, and faith-filled soul. Her memory will be cherished and celebrated by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her life was a beautiful melody of joy, love, and unwavering faith that will resonate in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
