Larry Rone Taylor, 69 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016, at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Larry was born July 15, 1947, in Butler County Kentucky to the late Bobby Rone and Allie Mae Johnson Taylor. He was of the Baptist Faith, a United States Army Veteran, a member of the Cassia Lodge #272, Rizpah Shrine Temple and Butler County Shrine Club and a retired truck driver. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his stepfather Harold Newton Wiley and one sister Frances Lorene Taylor Morris.
Larry Rone Taylor is survived by one son Jason Taylor of Broomfield, Colorado; three sisters Doris Taylor Stahl of Bowling Green, Ky., Janeen Taylor (John Ence) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Darleen Taylor (Paul Nulty) of East Setauket, NY; one brother David Taylor (Paula) of Quality, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Sunday, September 25, 2016, at 2:00 pm with Bro. David Youngblood officiating.

Burial will be in the Doolin Rone Cemetery where military rights will be presented by AM Vets Post #117.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, from 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm with Masonic services conducted by Cassia Lodge #272 at 7:00 pm. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 25, 21016 from 12:00 pm until funeral time at 2:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
