Larry E. McKinney, age 76 of Morgantown, KY passed away Friday, June 10, 2022 at the Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Larry was born on Friday, July 13, 1945 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late Carlie "Ras" and  Louvell  McKinney. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed sitting on his porch watching wildlife. Larry loved fishing, driving the tractor and 4 wheeler and was a knife and hat collector. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one nephew Alex McKinney and brother in laws Jimmy Driver and Jimmy Cardwell.

Larry E. McKinney is survived by two sisters Reta Cardwell and Veda Driver both of Morgantown, KY; one brother Garry McKinney wife Sandra of Morgantown, KY; two nieces Amy Cardwell of Morgantown, KY and Mykel McCoy husband Kenny of Bowling Green, KY; one nephew Scott Cardwell of Bowling Green, KY; two great nieces Riah and Aubri McCoy of Bowling Green, KY; one great nephew Logan McCoy of Bowling Green, KY; aunts Juanita "Cookie" Coyle of Bowling Green, KY and Mary Shuler of Pell City, Alabama; special cousin Bobbie Joe  McKinney of Morgantown, KY and a host of other cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, June 13, 2022 at 2:00pm with Bro. Paul Parks officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery where Steve, Dwayne, Bobby, Phillip and Ray Mckinney, Randy Grubb, Scott Cardwell and Kenny McCoy will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 5:00pm - 8:00 pm and Monday, 11:00am until funeral time at 2:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
