Kathleen C. Milam, 74 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday May 28, 2014 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Kathleen was born Tuesday August 1, 1939 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Cleat and Goldie Johnson Cardwell. She attended Leonard Oak General Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter Patricia Milam; one son Vernon Milam Jr. and three brothers J.C., Jim, and Jerry Cardwell.

Kathleen C. Milam is survived by her husband Vernon Milam of Morgantown, Ky.; one daughter Kay Daugherty husband Karlon of Beaver Dam, Ky.; three sons Michael Milam wife Penny of Morgantown, Ky., Eric Milam wife Samantha of Morgantwon, Ky. and Josh Milam wife Anna of Morgantown, Ky.; three brothers Joy Cardwell wife Faye of Morgantown, Ky., Chester Cardwell wife Mildred of Morgantown, Ky. and Terry Cardwell wife Sue of Beaver Dam, Ky.; sister Maerene Mack husband Scott of IL; 10 grandchildren ; 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday May 31, 2014 at 11:00am with Bro. Joy Cardwell officiating. Burial will be in the House Family Cemetery. Visitation Friday May 30, 2014 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am until funeral time at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.jonesfuneralchapel.com
