Karen Lynn Goodwin, 56 of Quality, KY passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Karen was born April 15, 1964 in the Penrod Community of Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Joyce Wayne and Brenda M. Porter Kirby who survives. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and she loved to read, her dogs and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. 

Karen Lynn Goodwin is survived by her husband of 21 years Elbert Goodwin of Quality, KY; one daughter Ashley Robertson (James) of Central City, KY; two sons Jarrod Kirby of Brownsville, KY and Ryan Blake Kirby (Debbie) of Quality, KY; mother Brenda M. Kirby of Morgantown, KY; four grandchildren; one sister Lisa Arnold (Eddy) of Quality, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, October 26, 2020 at 1:00pm with Bro. Greg Fields officiating. Burial will be held in the Mt Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26, 2020 from 10:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt Zion Cemetery Fund 338 Grubb Rd Lewisburg, KY 42256.
