Judy Lue Oller Higgs age 64 of Franklin Ky., passed away Friday, February 15,2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green Ky. Judy was born on January 6,1955 in Butler County Ky., to the late Jessie and Eulia Johnson Oller. She was a retired factory worker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Other than her parents Judy is preceded in death by one sister Ruth Grider and one brother James Stanley Oller.
Judy Lue Higgs is survived by her husband Ernest Rhea Higgs of Franklin, Ky., two daughters Candida Lynn Higgs and Kimberly Michelle Rayner both of Bowling Green, Ky.,one son Jessie Lee Higgs of Franklin, Ky. two step children Sandra Kaye Bagshaw of Brownsville, Ky., and Terry Rhea Higgs of Tompkinsville, Ky., two sisters Connie Johnson and Lisa Williams one brother Randy Oller and several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
