Joy Ann Daugherty, age 67 of Morgantown, KY passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Medical Center surrounded by her family and long time best friend. Joy was born on Tuesday, July 13, 1954 in Winchester, KY to the late Millard and Louise Price Willoughby. She was a member of Belmont General Baptist Church and a retired switch board operator for the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Joy loved cooking, canning, flowers, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, she loved being a granny. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Jerry Willoughby.

Joy Ann Daugherty is survived by her husband William "Bill" Daugherty; two children Jason Lee Daugherty, wife Tabby, and Rebecca Ann Daugherty; five grandchildren Chloe, Shelby, Oakley, and Ransom Daugherty and Kenzlea Roby all of Morgantown, KY; four brothers David Willoughby wife Cindy of Moorehead, KY, Sam Willoughby wife Lynn of Winchester, KY, Ted Willoughby wife Jodi of Winchester, KY and Dan Willoughby of Winchester, KY; one sister Linda Tackett of Bowling Green, KY and several nieces and nephews.

All services are private and under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held in the Stephens Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Belmont Christian Academy 3080 Brownsville Rd. Morgantown, KY 42261.
