Joseph Larry Shirley Jr., 57 of Austin, Arkansas formerly of Rochester, Kentucky passed away Saturday December 7, 2019 at his residence. Joseph was born March 18, 1962 in Schweinfurt, Germany to the late Joseph L. Shirley and Lottie Shirley Hall who survives.  After graduating from Butler County High School in Morgantown, KY he joined the United States Army and then joined the United States Air Force for a combined 18 years. Joseph was employed at Central Laundry Equipment in Ward, Arkansas for the following 19 years. He loved cooking, his dogs and watching all sports. While these were all things he loved; he loved his family most and providing for them was always his priority.

Joseph Larry Shirley Jr. is survived by his loving wife Lisa Russ Shirley of Austin, Arkansas; one son JD Shirley of Austin, Arkansas; mother Lottie Shirley Hall of Bowling Green, KY; one sister Christie Shirley Griffis (Tim) of Bowling Green, KY and his beloved dogs Mollie, Trump and Jenny.

Graveside services and burial will be held at the Rochester Cemetery in Rochester, KY Saturday December 14, 2019 at 11:30am. Visitation will be held on Saturday December 14, 2019 from 9:00am – 10:30am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
