Jonathan Tyler Brooks "Tyler" 23 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday, August 18, 2017, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Tyler was born November 1, 1993, in Bowling Green, Kentucky to Lloyd and Donna Crain Brooks. He was a 2012 graduate of Butler County High. He is preceded in death by two sisters Abagail Marie Dailey and Sami Jo Brooks.

Jonathan Tyler Brooks "Tyler" is survived by his parents  Lloyd and Donna Brooks of Morgantown, Kentucky; two sisters Angela Rena Williams of Texas and Amanda Gayle Blakeman of Buffal, Kentucky.; one niece Jasmine Rainn Oresky of Morgantown, Kentucky; one nephew Christopher Shane Williams of Texas; grandmother Mary Crain of Caneyville, Kentucky; grandfather Bennett Brooks of Morgantown, Kentucky and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at 12:00 pm. Burial will be in the Frank Embry Cemetery in Caneyville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017, from 9:00 am until funeral time at 12:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
