JoAnn Martin Daffron, 78 of Bowling Green, Ky., formerly of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at the Rosewood Manor Health Care Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Butler County native was born September 18, 1935 to the late Dewey Martin and Belle Embry Martin. She was a retired from Holly Carburetor after 42 years of service. She is preceded in death her parents, five brothers Robert, Ed, Archie, Charlie and Ray Martin and three sisters Myrl Lindsey, Erlene Keown and Linda Porter.
JoAnn is survived by one son Ricky Smith of Bowling Green, Ky.; granddaughter Cammie Jo Smith of Bowling Green, Ky.; brother Carl Martin and his wife Barbara of Bowling Green, Ky.; special sister in law Arvone Kessinger Martin of Louisville, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday August 11, 2014 at 1:00pm with Bro. Ronnie Forrest officiating. Burial will be in the Wade Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday August 11, 2014 from 9:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm.
