Jerry Wayne Chapman 57, of Bowling Green entered into rest Sunday, August 28, 2016 at The Medical Center. Jerry was born June 6, 1959 in Bowling Green. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Leon and Ann Guffy Maxey Chapman.

Jerry was a Director of the Bank as well as Vice President and Lending Supervisor at Morgantown Bank and Trust and attended Lost River Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife Patrice "Pat" Francisco Chapman, daughter Hadleigh Chapman of Bowling Green, two brothers Richard Chapman (Wanda) and Gary Chapman (Veronica) all Bowling Green. His father and mother-in-law Bruce & Betty Francisco of Pikeville, KY, his sister and brother-in-law Linda and Keith Thacker of Knoxville, TN and Sally and Nathan Billings of Lexington, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 am at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.

Visitation will be Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm each day at the funeral home. Thursday visitation will 9:00 am until time of services at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Little Muddy Cemetery in Butler Co., KY.
