Jeffrey Allen Henderson, 57, of  Morgantown,  passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  He was born in Logan Co., Ky. on Jan. 18, 1958 to the late John and Elaine Baxter Henderson.   He was a truck driver and a member of Sandy Creek Missionary Baptist Church.  Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Jonathon Henderson and two brothers, Harold and Lonnie Henderson.

Mr. Henderson is survived by his wife Kim Henderson of Morgantown; son, Michael Dale Henderson of Morgantown; grandchildren, Kasosha Turner, Autumn and Gavin Henderson; great grandchild, Keenan West; sister, Linda Clark and lifelong friends, Bill Childress and Tommy Maxfield.

Funeral Service will be held at Sandy Creek Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, Jan. 1, 2016 at 11 am with Bro. Jonathan Bibb and Jason Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 31 from 4:30 pm-8 pm and Friday 8am-10am  at Smith Funeral Home, then we will go in procession to Sandy Creek.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Butler Co. Cancer Assistance, PO Box 98, Aberdeen, Ky.  42201.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
