Janice F. Martin Dossey, age 70 of Morgantown, KY passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Janice was born on Tuesday, August 19, 1952 in Warren County, KY to the union of the late Raydo and Erma Isabell Basham Martin and wife of the late James Cecil Dossey. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, owner of Childrens Fashions Dress Shop and co-owner of D&D Sewing Factory. Janice cherished spending time with her family. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by her twin sister Joy Sheffield. 

Janice F. Martin Dossey is survived by three daughters Tiffany Keown husband Jon of Morgantown, KY, Jamie Elms husband Jamey of Tipp City, Ohio and Heather Browning husband Brian of Brownsville, KY; seven grandchildren Brinley and Emery Keown of Morgantown, KY, Audrey and Rylan Elms of Tipp City, Ohio, Alexis Crump husband Michael of Greenville, KY, Tori Mudd husband Jordan of Leitchfield, KY, Chaney and Chandler Browning of Brownsville, KY; two great grandchildren Everly Crump of Greenville, KY and Indi Mudd of Leitchfield, KY; three sisters Carolyn Phelps of Beaver Dam, KY, Charlotte Barrow husband Welby of Provo, KY and Shirley McGehee husband Ronnie of Browder, KY; one brother Norman Martin wife Sue of Morgantown, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 3:00 pm with Bro. Mathew Canty & Bro. Billy Bryant officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Garden. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 10:00am until funeral time at 3:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
