Janet Sue Warren, 55 of Beaver Dam passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at her home. She was born July 17, 1960 in Elizabethtown to Leonard and Betty Geary Schroader.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Terry Lynn Schroader.

Survivors include her husband, James Darrell Warren of Beaver Dam, her son, Jeffery Hayes of Beaver Dam, two daughters, Melanie Weldon of Bowling Green and Jennifer Hayes of Owensboro, her parents, Leonard and Betty Schroader, two brothers, Ronnie (Vanessa) Schroader of Olaton and David (April) Schroader of Hartford, one sister, Judy Schroader Stillwell of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Kayla Knight of Cromwell, Joey Hamal of Beaver Dam and Daymon Weldon of Morgantown and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday November 17, 2015 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Terry Tarrance officiating. Burial will be in Warren’s Mill Cemetery in Gilstrap. Visitation will be from 4-8 P.M. Monday and 9 A.M. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
